It’s been a bustling month at The Reserve and we’re happy to provide our November construction update.
In Stage 5, we’re pleased to share that Statement of Compliance has been achieved, with Settlements now complete. The team looks forward to welcoming residents and having them commence their dream home builds over the coming months!
In Stage 6, kerb and channel works have now been completed. Footpath concreting, NBN installation and road asphalting have recently commenced. Civil completion of this Stage is currently forecasted for Q1 2024.
