The Reserve 2024: Reflecting on our biggest community milestones!

As we look back on 2024, we celebrate the progress we’ve made in construction, the new residents we’ve welcomed, and the vibrant community that has come to life.

In 2024, we achieved Titles in Stage 6, welcoming 45 future households to The Reserve, with these new residents looking forward to building their new lives and new homes in our community.

Over in Stage 3E, civil works commenced, paving the way for more new homes to be built in the new year.

In addition to the construction of many new homes throughout The Reserve, our team has also loved watching the landscaping works being finalised at the Waterway, which will soon grow into open greenspace and a home for native wildlife and plants.

Elsewhere, works began on the new school – interim name Horseshoe Bend Primary School (delivered by others) – which will be located just minutes from The Reserve and is forecasted to open in Q1 2026.

Adding to the list of nearby community amenities, the Charlemont Rise Shopping Centre (delivered by others) is continuing to progress with construction forecasted for completion in June 2025. We’re excited for this retail hub to bring new shopping, hospitality and places to unwind, all on the doorstep of The Reserve.

As we look forward to 2025 and beyond, we’re excited to see The Reserve continue to grow into a well-connected, vibrant and active community.
