SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

We’re pleased to share that its been another busy month on the ground at The Reserve, with the team working hard to reach completion across the stages.

In Stages 1 and 2, class 4 road layering, kerb and channel works are complete and the team has now commenced works on the electrical trenching. Once the trenching is complete, the team will commence works installing the electrical and comms cables.

In Stage 3, bulk earthworks are progressing smoothly, with the completion date estimated for mid-September, and sewerage works set to follow once earthworks are complete.
