SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The start of spring has seen a flurry of works on the ground at The Reserve, with the team working hard to reach completion across the stages.
In Stages 1 and 2, the concrete pouring of footpaths and driveways is nearing completion. Once complete, both stages will be ready to commence the topsoiling of nature strips and lots.
In Stage 3, bulk earthworks are now complete and sewerage works are underway, with drainage works set to commence once sewer works are completed.
The Reserve is currently selling lots in Stage 6, with all other stages completely sold out.
