SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been an action-packed month on the ground at The Reserve, with works across all Stages under construction powering along towards completion.
In Stages 1 and 2, the road asphalting and line marking is underway, while in Stage 3, sewer works have recently been completed and the team is working on the drainage reticulation.
In Stage 4, earthworks have recently been completed, readying the site for the sewer and drainage works currently progressing.
In the Sales Office, the final release in Stage 6 was made available, so if you’ve been considering making the move to The Reserve in Armstrong Creek, now is your chance!
