SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at The Reserve, with construction progressing smoothly as we approach the end of the year.
In Stages 1 and 2, we’re thrilled to share that Council Practical Completion has been achieved! Currently we are working through the final authority audits and expect to achieve Statements of Compliance shortly.
In Stage 3, sewer works are now complete, with drainage reticulation currently underway, while in Stage 4 the sewer works are progressing well on the way to completion.
We’re pleased to share that earthworks have now commenced in Stage 5, marking an exciting milestone for this Stage!
