SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a busy month for the team at The Reserve, with some exciting milestones on the horizon for March.
In Stage 3, kerb and channel works are nearing completion and electrical installation is set to commence shortly.
In Stage 4, we’re happy to share that water and gas reticulation works are now complete, with road base works ongoing across the site.
In Stage 5, drainage works are complete, while water and gas reticulation works continue to progress.
We’re excited to announce that construction will soon be commencing in Stage 6! We look forward to sharing further updates as works in this Stage kick off.
From the Sales Office, we’re currently selling through the final lots in Stage 6, with a new release coming soon!
