SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re pleased to share that the team at The Reserve has been working hard this month across the Stages, with works continuing to progress as we enter April.
In Stage 3, electrical cabling works are now complete, with NBN installation works underway, while the concrete footpaths are on track to be poured by the Easter long weekend.
In Stage 4, road boxing works have been completed, with road crossing conduit works currently underway. Subsoil drainage and base pavement works are expected to be complete shortly after Easter.
In Stage 5, water and gas reticulation works are nearing completion, with subsoil drainage to follow, while in Stage 6, construction is set to commence soon!
From the Sales Office, Stage 7 townhomes are selling fast, and we are selling through the final lots in Stage 6. If you’ve been thinking about securing your slice of life at The Reserve, now is the time!
