SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
May is shaping up to be an action-packed month at The Reserve, with the team working hard across all Stages under construction.
In Stage 3, concrete footpaths and driveways have been poured, topsoiling works are nearing completion, and asphalting works are set to commence soon.
In Stages 4 and 5, electrical trenching, road kerb and channel works are nearing completion, with electrical cabling and public lighting works to begin shortly.
In Stage 6, civil contractors have been engaged and construction works are set to commence later this month.
