SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
As we approach the middle of the year, the team at The Reserve is working hard across the Stages to ensure works continue to progress smoothly around the growing community.
In Stage 3, road asphalt and line marking works are nearing completion, with the team expecting to close out final Authority audits and achieve Statement of Compliance shortly! For purchasers in Stage 3, our team will be in communication with you in the coming weeks for Settlement preparation.
In Stage 4, road kerbs and electrical installation works are complete, with concrete footpath and driveway paving works currently underway. Topsoiling works are scheduled to commence later this month.
In Stage 5, kerb and channel works are being finalised, with electrical cabling works to follow soon after. While in Stage 6, the civil team has recently commenced bulk earthworks.
