In Stage 3, Statement of Compliance has been achieved, with Titles set to be registered imminently!
Over in Stage 4, we’re pleased to share that concrete footpath and driveway paving works are complete, with the team set to lay the final road base layer in preparation for asphalting and line marking works.
In Stage 5, road kerb and electrical installation works are complete, with concrete footpath and driveway paving now underway.
In Stage 6, bulk earthworks were recently complete, paving the way for the sewer and drainage works to commence this month.
