SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another action-packed month at The Reserve, with the team making significant progress towards the completion of the Stages under construction and more exciting milestones on the horizon for August.
In Stage 3, we are excited to announce that Titles have been registered and settlements have taken place!
All construction works are now complete in Stage 4, and we’re pleased to announce that practical completion has been achieved! The team is now closing out final authority approvals ahead of Statement of Compliance and Title registration.
In Stage 5, footpath and driveway concreting works are complete, with nature strip and lot topsoiling works in progress. The final road base layer is set to be laid shortly in preparation for upcoming asphalting works.
In Stage 6, sewer and drainage installation works are nearing completion, with water and gas installation works set to follow.
