SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
September has been another month of significant progress for The Reserve team, with more stages delivered and works progressing smoothly on the other stages under construction.
In Stage 4, we’re pleased to share that Statement of Compliance has been achieved and Titles have been registered!
We’re also excited to announce that Practical Completion has been achieved on Stage 5! The team is now closing out final authority approvals ahead of Statement of Compliance and Title registration.
We look forward to seeing home builds commence in these stages over the next few months.
In Stage 6, sewer, drainage and road boxing works are complete. Meanwhile, water and gas installation works are in progress, with road base pavement works set to follow.
