SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Over the past month, The Reserve team have continued to make substantial progress, with ongoing work progressing smoothly and Settlements being achieved.
In Stage 4, we’re pleased to share that Settlements occurred in September. We look forward to seeing The Reserve’s newest residents commence work on their dream homes over the coming months.
In Stage 5, we’re thrilled to announce that Statement of Compliance was achieved. Titles have been registered with the Land Titles Office, with Settlements set to occur later this month.
In Stage 6, water and gas reticulation works are under construction. Meanwhile, road base pavement works have officially commenced with kerb construction works set to follow.
From the Sales Office, Stage 7 continues to receive plenty of interest thanks to its ideal location directly beside The Reserve’s beautiful Conservation Reserve and future local park. With only limited lots remaining, now is the perfect opportunity to join this vibrant community!
