Meet Gav, Future Resident at The Reserve

Gav and his wife Shaweta are gearing up to move into their dream home at The Reserve with their three children.

Their Simonds home is nearly complete, with the two-storey property set to front the conservation area that will define The Reserve for years to come.

Gav and his wife had been searching for property for about 6 months when they found The Reserve.

“We really do love the Geelong area – we currently live in Werribee – so we are looking forward to completing our build and moving in, our kids will go to the local schools and we can’t wait to live so close to the beach.”

“I actually work near Geelong so I’m down there quite often – it’s hard to not fall in love with the beach, the location and the lifestyle.”

“We’re in our 40s now and retirement is something we have to start thinking about, and I can’t think of anywhere better than Geelong for that phase of our lives,” Gav said.

Gav and Shaweta will soon move into their brand new home, and look forward to taking in everything Armstrong Creek has to offer.
