The Reserve Becomes a Perfect Fit for Jay and Tamara

Moving only a short distance from where they currently live in Mount Duneed, Jay and Tamara are excited to become The Reserve’s newest residents.

With two young children, one three-and-a-half years old and the other five months old, Jay and Tamara were looking to build their forever home when they stumbled across The Reserve, deciding it was the perfect place to grow their family.

“When my wife found it, everything just worked. The estate looks amazing and it’s close to all the beautiful parks in the area, as well as other amenities we’d need like schools, cafes, grocery stores, and outdoor areas for the kids to play in,” said Jay.

Jay and Tamara’s journey to find the ideal place to build their forever home in was relatively smooth, taking just over a year of searching before they discovered The Reserve in Armstrong Creek.

Jay, a mechanic, and Tamara, a nurse and midwife, were drawn to the community for its generously sized lots at affordable price points, which were hard to find elsewhere.

“The land size drew us to The Reserve. We got an odd-shaped block, but it was big and offered great value compared to other options we looked at,” Jay shared, noting alternative land options didn’t allow for as large a family home or spacious backyard as they wanted.

The couple’s buying experience was also made seamless by the amazing sales team at The Reserve, notes Jay.

“The sales team was extremely helpful and friendly, guiding us through the whole process. Nathan was always there to help and answer any questions we had,” said Jay.

Having recently settled on their lot and now commencing their home building process, Jay and Tamara are looking forward to building their home in The Reserve where they hope to settle down and create lasting memories with their children.
