Meet Your Agent, Nathan!

Meet your agent, Nathan Grant. Nathan first started in land sales in mid-2018 at another ID_Land project. Before this, he was in the sporting industry (coming from Gymnastics Victoria, the Victorian Racing Club & Cricket Australia). When he began his career in land sales, he had no previous experience in the industry, however it was always something that he was interested in. Therefore, he decided to explore out of his comfort zone and give it a go. Nathan has worked with The Reserve since the project first launched in April 2021.

Nathan thoroughly enjoys meeting customers for the first time when they come into the office, the excitement that they bring when they first find their desired block of land, watching the construction unfold on their stage & seeing them finally set foot into their dream home. Nathan also loves the relationships that he has been able to form from the different aspects of his role from building partners, brokers, customers & other agents in the Armstrong Creek region.

Nathan stays motivated and is driven by getting to know new people that walk through the sales office’s doors & providing them with a quality, enjoyable experience throughout their whole house & land journey. He ensures that he is a trusted & reliable source for any questions or concerns that may arise. Aside from sales, Nathan is determined to beat his highest golf round of 91, his skills are unfortunately on the decline, so he is aiming for the big 100!
