Sales & Construction Update

Construction is progressing well at The Reserve, with steady momentum across Stage 8 this month and Stage 9 set to kick-off soon. 

In Stage 8, drainage and water installation works are now complete, with road boxing also finished and road base works well underway. Road kerb concreting works are set to follow, keeping the stage on a solid trajectory toward delivery. 

Stage 9 is set to add to that momentum, with construction due to commence in the coming weeks. This is a welcome milestone as the community continues to grow. 

From a sales perspective, the first release of Stage 8 has now completely sold out, a strong reflection of the demand this community continues to attract. Three-bedroom, park-fronting townhomes are now selling, and with only three lots remaining Stage 9, those still looking to secure their place at The Reserve will want to move quickly.
