Sales & Construction Update

Construction momentum has continued at The Reserve through April, with strong progress across Stage 8 and important milestones achieved for Stage 9.

In Stage 8, road base pavement works are now nearing completion, marking a significant step forward for the stage. With this phase almost complete, electrical and road kerb works are set to commence soon, keeping construction moving steadily toward delivery in Q3 2026*.

Momentum is also building in Stage 9, with a contractor now appointed and construction works due to commence imminently. This next phase will further support the continued growth of The Reserve community.

On the sales front, Stage 13A has recently come to market, offering a varied selection of lots ranging from 220m² to 308m², providing new options for a range of buyers. A small selection of park-fronting townhomes remain available in Stage 8, and buyers are encouraged to act quickly.
