Sales & Construction Update

Construction progress has remained steady at The Reserve throughout May.

In Stage 8, works are progressing well and remain on track for titles in July 2026*. Electrical works have now been completed, with road kerb works due to wrap up in the coming week. Footpath and driveway construction has also commenced, marking another step forward as the stage moves closer to completion.

Looking ahead, Stage 9 construction is set to commence imminently.

On the sales front, a limited selection of park-fronting, double storey four-bedroom townhomes remains available, along with remaining land opportunities across Stages 9A and 13A. Buyers are encouraged to enquire while these final opportunities last.
