Sales & Construction Update

Construction has continued to progress well at The Reserve through June.

In Stage 8, road kerbs have now been completed, with top soiling, footpath and driveway works currently underway as the stage moves closer to completion.

Excitingly, construction has now commenced in Stage 9, with bulk earthworks already complete. Sewer installation is expected to begin within the coming weeks, marking the next phase of progress.

On the sales front, a limited number of park-fronting townhomes remain available – offering a rare opportunity to secure uninterrupted views. There is also just one lot remaining in Stage 9, presenting a final chance to be part of this release.
