Construction continued to progress strongly at The Reserve throughout July, with significant milestones achieved.

In Stage 8, lot grading, footpath and driveway works, and asphalting have now been completed, bringing the stage closer to completion. Site clean-up works are expected to commence shortly as the final touches are made.

Stage 9 has also advanced significantly, with sewer installation now complete. Drainage works are scheduled to begin next as construction momentum continues across the stage.
