Sales & Construction Update

August has been another exciting month at The Reserve, with construction continuing to advance across multiple stages.

Stage 8 has now reached practical completion, marking a significant milestone for the community. Our team will be in touch with purchasers shortly with further information regarding titles.

Stage 9 is also progressing well, with sewer installation now complete and drainage works nearing completion. The team is preparing to commence road boxing works next, keeping the stage firmly on track.

We are also pleased to have recently released a new collection of townhomes within Stage 9. These single-storey, three-bedroom townhomes provide buyers with another opportunity to join the established Reserve community. We encourage interested purchasers to contact our team to learn more about the homes currently available.

In addition, just one park-facing, double-storey, three-bedroom townhome remains available in Stage 8.
