Sales & Construction Update

September has been another exciting month at The Reserve, with construction continuing to progress strongly across multiple stages.

Stage 8 has now titled, another fantastic milestone for the community and an exciting step forward for purchasers as they prepare to commence construction of their new homes.

Stage 9 has also advanced rapidly, with drainage works now complete. The team has commenced road boxing and will shortly begin footpath and kerb construction.

Adding to the excitement, newly released double-storey, four-bedroom townhomes are providing buyers with another opportunity to join the established Reserve community. These complement our popular range of single-storey, three-bedroom townhomes already available.
