ID_Land’s latest community event, the Geelong Communities Moonlight Cinema featuring The Super Mario Bros. Movie, was a smash hit.

The team at The Reserve is happy to share our final construction update for 2023, with multiple milestones being achieved recently! Stage 6 saw great progress, with electrical works now completed.

Every Sunday, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, the Belmont Market comes to life. Situated at 1 Barwon Heads Road, the event is Geelong’s biggest garage sale and Victoria’s most affordable community market.

Gav and his wife Shaweta are gearing up to move into their dream home at The Reserve with their three children. Their Simonds home is nearly complete, with the two-storey property set to front the conservation area that will define The Reserve for years to come.

A fantastic new community hub within a short walk of The Reserve is coming soon! The City of Greater Geelong conducted an engagement survey from August to September to gather feedback for the upcoming Charlemont Horseshoe Bend Community Hub.
