October has been another positive month at The Reserve, with key construction milestones achieved and exciting new opportunities now available within the community.

Following the successful title of Stage 8 last month, settlements have now occurred, with purchasers now taking the next step towards building their new homes.

Construction in Stage 9 continues to progress well, with electrical installation and kerb works now complete. The team will shortly commence footpath concreting and allotment grading as the stage moves closer towards completion.
