2022 IN REVIEW

As we head into the festive season and prepare for 2023, let’s reflect on how far we’ve come this year and all we have achieved at The Reserve in 2022.

Construction Officially Commenced

Construction at The Reserve officially commenced in January 2022! Our future residents were drawn to the way of life on offer at The Reserve and its connections to the Armstrong Creek community, Geelong and the Surf Coast.

Moonlight Cinema Held at Glenlee Regional Park

In November, we co-hosted our very own moonlight cinema! The event was held in Glenlee Regional Park where current and future residents from ID_Land’s Glenlee, Haymont and The Reserve communities gathered under the stars to watch ‘Sing 2’. Attendees enjoyed popcorn, fairy floss, a food truck and giant games on site. The Reserve’s strong sense of community and connection was on full display throughout the evening.

Sales and Construction Update

We are proud to share that construction has progressed smoothly throughout the year. Statement of Compliance have now been achieved for Stages 1 and 2, and it’s wonderful to see our newest residents beginning to settle!

In Stage 3, Class 4 has started to be placed and will be completed in the new year, while final drainage reticulation works are currently underway in Stage 4. Earthworks have now commenced in Stage 5 and final lots in Stage 6 are selling fast!
