As we look back on 2024, we celebrate the progress we’ve made in construction, the new residents we’ve welcomed, and the vibrant community that has come to life. In 2024, we achieved Titles in Stage 6, welcoming 45 future households to The Reserve, with these new residents looking forward to building their new lives and new homes in our community.

There is exciting news at The Reserve, with construction on two new neighbouring facilities and amenities having commenced construction recently! Located just a quick two-minute drive away and set to open in Q1 2026, Horseshoe Bend Primary School (interim name) will accommodate up to 525 students.

For families looking to fill the school holidays with fun and education activities, look no further than The Kidz Kitchen in Geelong. Held from Tuesday 24 September until Thursday 3 October, The Kidz Kitchen offers supervised cooking classes designed for kids aged 6 to 17.

For family and friends looking to inject some fun into their week, join The Brewery Geelong for their fortnightly Twisted Trivia. Held every second Thursday from 7pm – 9:30pm at The Brewery Geelong, 73b Little Malop Street, this fun event combines traditional trivia with quirky mini-games and unique questions, making for a truly entertaining evening.

Moving only a short distance from where they currently live in Mount Duneed, Jay and Tamara are excited to become The Reserve’s newest residents. With two young children, one three-and-a-half years old and the other five months old, Jay and Tamara were looking to build their forever home when they stumbled across The Reserve, deciding it was the perfect place to grow their family.

The team at The Reserve is pleased to share the progress on the waterway, with several exciting milestones to report! Over the last few months, the team has been working hard on bringing this waterway to life, with landscaping works now over 50% complete!
