It’s been an action-packed month on the ground at The Reserve, with works across all Stages under construction powering along towards completion. In Stages 1 and 2, the road asphalting and line marking is underway, while in Stage 3, sewer works have recently been completed and the team is working on the drainage reticulation.

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. In Stages 1 and 2, the team continued with subgrade pavement works, which will prepare the ground for kerb and channel works once the pavement foundations are complete.

In Stages 1 and 2, the team has completed water and gas reticulation works, with the focus now shifting to laying the Class 4 road layer and completing the electrical road crossings.
