In Stages 1 and 2, the road asphalting and line marking is underway, while in Stage 3, sewer works have recently been completed and the team is working on the drainage reticulation.

Important notice on the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee
Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

In Stages 1 and 2, the team continued with subgrade pavement works, which will prepare the ground for kerb and channel works once the pavement foundations are complete.
