Kicking off at 5pm on Friday 10th March, The Piccadilly Night Market is back and there’s no better way to welcome the long weekend! The popular market is home to over 50 stalls, with unique and handcrafted goods from talented jewellers, fashion designers, illustrators, and artists available.

The Reserve team have returned well rested from summer holidays and have launched into works for an action-packed 2023 ahead! In Stage 3, water and gas reticulation works are progressing smoothly, while road crossing conduits and road base works near completion.

If you’re looking to spend a weekend making the most of the lovely summer weather, Nicols Paddock is the perfect spot for you. With large windows throughout the venue, this picturesque restaurant offers stunning vineyard views.

As we head into the festive season and prepare for 2023, let’s reflect on how far we’ve come this year and all we have achieved at The Reserve in 2022. Construction Officially Commenced Construction at The Reserve officially commenced in January 2022!

A true highlight of spending Christmas in the City of Greater Geelong is enjoying the stunning Christmas-themed projections that light up City Hall each year. Taking inspiration from traditional gift-giving and the exhilarating wrapping and unwrapping that warms so many hearts throughout the Christmas period, this year’s projections are a diverse collection of designs and musical compositions inspired by the local community.

This is one for the kids! The Festival of Christmas Trees is every child’s Christmas fantasy.

November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at The Reserve, with construction progressing smoothly as we approach the end of the year. In Stages 1 and 2, we’re thrilled to share that Council Practical Completion has been achieved!

Practically Perfect – The Julie Andrews Story is coming to Geelong! For generations, Julie Andrews graced the stage and our screens, playing many of our most fondly remembered characters and singing songs we will never forget the words to.

It’s been an action-packed month on the ground at The Reserve, with works across all Stages under construction powering along towards completion. In Stages 1 and 2, the road asphalting and line marking is underway, while in Stage 3, sewer works have recently been completed and the team is working on the drainage reticulation.

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

The start of spring has seen a flurry of works on the ground at The Reserve, with the team working hard to reach completion across the stages. In Stages 1 and 2, the concrete pouring of footpaths and driveways is nearing completion.
