Works are powering along at The Reserve this month, with our team on the ground making the most of the April sunshine! In Stages 1 and 2, sewer works are now complete.

It’s an exciting time at The Reserve, with works on the ground progressing following construction commencing earlier this year. This month at The Reserve, bulk earthworks have been completed in Stages 1 and 2.

As the leaves begin to fall and the cooler weather descends upon us, it’s time to make the most of the remaining sunny weather. Lucky for future residents of The Reserve, Geelong and its surrounding area boasts many lovely activities to keep the whole family entertained.

We’re pleased to share that works on the ground at The Reserve are progressing along well, with the team working hard across the board to get stages on the way towards completion. In Stages 1 and 2, bulk earthworks are nearing completion, with sewer and drainage works set to commence shortly.

Calling all art lovers – Geelong Design Week is returning from 17-27 March! This 10-day community event will offer an incredible display of local talent, while celebrating Geelong’s recognition as Australia’s only UNESCO Creative City of Design.

One of the things that future residents at The Reserve will love about Armstrong Creek is the proximity to everything – much-loved amenities, restaurants, parklands, beaches, amongst more, are all within minutes of the new community. Starting the day in Armstrong Creek, there are a number of nearby parks and nature reserves to explore for your early morning walk.

The team at ID_Land is proud to announce that construction has officially commenced at The Reserve in Armstrong Creek. Over 150 future residents have purchased at The Reserve so far, with many people drawn to the Armstrong Creek community and it’s connections to both Geelong and the Surf Coast.

It’s been another busy month on the ground at The Reserve, as our team works hard to ensure works across various Stages are on track. We’re pleased to share that construction is almost ready to commence, with site establishment now underway.
